Finance Committee Meeting

The Finance Committee will meet on Saturday, August 2nd at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room.  All work area chairpersons and co-chairpersons of the NOW Ministries are asked to please be present for this meeting.

Photo Session for Directory

Has your ministry signed up for the preliminary photo session.  The photographer will begin taking pictures of different ministries on Tuesday, July 29th at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, August 2nd at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday, August 3rd from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.  Contact Wylene Adwater, Barbara Calhoun, Charzetta Christian or the church office for more information.

Outreach Ministry Meeting

The Outreach Ministry area will meet on Saturday, August 2nd at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference room.  This meeting will include all the Ministry coordinators and co-coordinators within the work area for Health & Welfare, Local Missions/Benevolence, UM Men, UM Women, Christian Education, Higher Education, Narcotics Anonymous, Communications and Event Coordinators.

The Greeters will meet Saturday, August 2nd at 11:00 a.m. in the Conference Room.  All greeters for both 8 & 11 a.m. services will need to be in attendance.
